This place is the SPOT!!! I've been going here since they start it. I come in here weekly for my acupressure. I normally ask for Jack as he give his full strength unless you say something otherwise. Every other time I would add on a reflexology or exfoliation. It's $65 for a acu-pressure and $35 for an hour foot massage. They are always running promotions though, dont hesitate to ask. There's a few other services that they offer.

It is nice to finally have an actual authentic reflexology here in Dallas! I often go to LA for business and I would always get reflexology there. I was surprise to find it here in Dallas, I will definitely go every time I'm in the area. It's better to be relaxing after work rather than being stuck in traffic off I-75!!
Authentic acupressure

Great authentic acupressure for people who likes deep tissue massage. I have been waiting for a nice reflexology spa in Dallas and Body and Sole is IT. When I entered the door, I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist. She introduced me to services based on what I need and the right therapist to get the job done. Well trained therapists, clean environment, live broadcast games during a foot massage, and definitely a healthy place to be!!! i will definitely come back every time i'm in the area.
